Hope Spring Therapy
Healing through the spirit of Horses
I have suffered with mental health issues and have overcome many challenges in my life. So I now help children and adults who have experienced mental health issues, domestic violence, abuse or isolation. Healing through the spirit of horses is therapy like no other.
I am an experienced handler and trainer, and have a selection of wonderful horses to suit all types. We offer a bespoke service - from supervised stroking and grooming of the horses, to one-to-one riding lessons (and lots in-between).
Contact us to discuss how we might help you or your loved ones.

HOPE SPRINGS THERAPY
UPCOMING EVENTS
The Pass Wide and Slow event is an annual safety campaign in the UK aimed at educating drivers on how to safely pass horses on the road. The event features awareness rides where horse riders, along with walkers, cyclists, and sometimes police officers, take to the roads to promote the message of passing horses wide and slow.
The campaign started in 2016 and has grown significantly, with hundreds of rides taking place across the country each year. The goal is to reduce accidents and make roads safer for both horses and riders by encouraging drivers to slow down and give horses plenty of space when passing. Join us for Ride 67 to help promote this very worth cause!

"I am delighted to support and donate to Hope Springs Therapy. We all recognise the benefits of therapy with horses - from the contact with a very spiritual animal, to the motion of the walking horse to provide therapeutic movement to the rider. The experience can have a profound impact on children and adults alike. Keep up the excellent work Natasha - families need you now more than ever."
"I took my daughter over to Hope Springs Therapy and met Natasha and the horses.
Natasha brought Duchess out the field and my daughter got to groom and feed her. Duchess was really lovely and my daughter loved her. Natasha took her for a nice walk and my daughter who suffers with ADHD had the most amazing time, so relaxed and calm! It was so lovely to meet Natasha and her horses, she is doing a fantastic job.
Since going all my daughter has talked about is them and can’t wait to go back again!"
"I’ve known Natasha many years and when I heard that she’s set up Hope Springs to help people like my son I was overwhelmed at how much difference this could do to help people. My son had been asking to go horse riding for a while so I contacted Natasha I explained that Jake had many Sen needs and wasn’t sure how he would cope but the support we have received was amazing everything was at his pace and there was no pushing him at all. I was amazed as day one he was out on Duchess he’s recently had he’s third lesson and the difference from day one is unbelievable each time he goes he’s moved onto another level. I never thought he would make lesson 3 but thanks to Natasha and hope springs I have a happy content son who’s doing amazing and feels very at ease and comfortable through the whole lesson. Well done Hope Springs, we think you’re amazing."
"Natasha helps people that have suffered domestic abuse, anxiety, depression. Mental health is often hard for any of us to talk openly about, however horses can be a calming therapeutic influence on us whether you have experience with these beautiful animals. Natasha is as passionate about people and helping them, as she is about her horses. Why not contact her and arrange a visit, meet her, her two babies Duke & Duchess. Feel the stress anxiety and fear dissipate as you are introduced to Duke & Duchess.
Don’t forget your wellies - no posh dressing up needed! You may leave less clean than you arrived but you will also leave with a smile and wanting to return.
I have never met anyone with
quite so much passion both for her Horses and people.
Thank you Natasha for
introducing me to Hope Springs."
